ESA astronaut Andreas Mogensen explain one of his favourite experiments during his Huginn mission: VR for exercise. Here he gets to bike through different bike routes in virtual reality, all recorded in Denmark, while he exercises on the Station’s exercise bike. The load on the exercise bike changes as he bikes, getting heavier when he goes up hill and easier when he goes downhill.
