This tape contains footage taken by helicopter of the future Soyuz launch site in Kourou.
This is still in preparation and the work in progress is shown from above.
Not only does this tape contain the Soyuz launch site under construction, but it also gives an overview of the whole 'Centre Spatial Guyanais': the entrance is shot from the helicopter, the Ariane model at the entrance, the launch pads for the Ariane launchers, etc.
